Kia ora,

I'm from New Zealand and currently live in Auckland. Home is Wellington, which is where I grew up. I have always been fascinated in how things work. Hobbies of mine include remote controlled aeroplanes, robots, electronics, programming, DIY, and keeping fit. After finishing college, I moved down to Christchurch to study engineering at The University of Canterbury. My undergraduate engineering degree was in Mechatronics (thus the theme of many of my projects). Over the four year course, I found that I enjoyed the practical based research projects the most. After that I completed a Masters of Engineering (Mechanical). The topic of my master's was to develop a semi-autonomous navigation system for a wheelchair.

This website is proudly devoted to showcasing my hobby projects. It also serves to contribute insight and knowledge I've gained from my projects, to the community of avid hobbyists and other like minded people. The website will grow as I engage in more projects and learn information worth sharing. I hope that you'll enjoy my website and that the information on it will be of benefit to someone.
